Remembrance Day

Saturday 11th November was the 105th Armistice day, a day to remember those who have given their lives in sacrifice that we might enjoy the freedoms of today in the UK. On Friday 10th November our school councillors and some prefects attended the schools service at East Ham Cenotaph, along with all the other Newham Deanery Catholic Schools as well as the mayor of Newham. It was a reverent and prayerful service of reflection. The rest of the school had an Armistice assembly led by Mrs Johnston.
